This opt-in online form is for individuals who fall within the Class Definition set out below but were not domiciled in the UK on 8 June 2026 and wish to be included within the Class represented by Which? in the collective proceedings against Apple.
DO NOT use this form if you were domiciled in the UK on 8 June 2026 and meet the class member criteria set out below; you are automatically included in the Class unless you opt out.
You may opt-in to the Claim if you meet all the following conditions:
- you were not domiciled in the United Kingdom on 8 June 2026, and
- you fall within the following Class Definition: you were an iOS User who, at any time during the Claim Period, obtained iCloud Services on an iOS Device on which the United Kingdom was selected as the “Country/Region” in the Apple ID account settings (or you are the Personal Representative of such a person), and
- you want to be part of the Class seeking compensation against Apple.
The definitions of iCloud Services, iOS Device and Apple ID can be found in the CPO Notice.
*Please note: In respect of any Person who meets the Class Definition but has subsequently died, the Class shall include their lawful representatives, successors or assignees.
You must take steps to opt-in to the Class if you want to be part of the collective proceedings to be eligible to receive payment in the future if this Claim results in a damages award. Opting-in does not guarantee inclusion in the Class where you do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
